In 2022, the couple collection, in collaboration with the V & A Museum in London, celebrates the 30 years of Patron of Art (1992-2022) and end of the chapter Montblanc Patron of Art. The fountain pen is enhanced with an Au750 18 kt solid gold, rhodium-coated nib embossed with flames (as many stories were told when sitting around a fire). The clips is platinum-coated, shaped like a knobby wooden root while also revealing the silhouette of the Brothers Grimm when turned. The cap top is Ruthenium-coated adorned with the Montblanc emblem in white precious resin. The cap and barrel is enhanced with Black precious resin to evoke the dark tone of the original Grimm Stories, with a pattern resembling tree roots as well as hair as an homage to Rapunzel. The tales are available in more than 100 translations and have been adapted by film makers. The popularity of the Grimms collected folk tales has endured well. They are among the best-known storytellers of folk tales, popularizing stories such as “Cinderella”, “The Frog Prince”, “Hansel and Gretel”, “Little Red Riding Hood”, ”Rumpelstilskin”, “Sleeping Beauty” and “Snow White”.
